What we do.

Most infrastructure decisions are made under pressure — a refresh that cannot be delayed any longer, a migration scoped by a vendor, a system that has outgrown its design. Our consultancy work exists to help you make those decisions well.

We help you plan, design, and execute change across cloud and infrastructure. That can mean modernising legacy systems, migrating to Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365, redesigning identity and security, or reviewing what you already have to find a better path forward.

We are platform-aware but not platform-bound. Our job is to recommend what is right for you, even when that means telling you that what you have is already working, or that you are about to spend money you do not need to spend.

We design infrastructure and cloud solutions that work for where you are now and where you are heading. We document our designs and the reasoning behind them, so the choices we make are clear and revisitable.

Cloud Migration & Modernisation

We plan and run migrations to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including the harder cases: legacy applications, identity sprawl, hybrid environments, and tenancies that have grown organically.

Infrastructure Assessment & Optimisation

We review your existing environment to identify risk, waste, and opportunity. The deliverable is a clear set of recommendations, not a sales pitch.

Identity & Security Architecture

We design identity, access, and security foundations using modern best practice, including Zero Trust principles and Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework.

Hybrid & On-Premises Solutions

Cloud is often the right answer. It is not always. Where on-premises or hybrid solutions are the right fit, we design and deliver them with the same rigour.

Project Delivery

We lead infrastructure and cloud projects end-to-end, from scoping through to handover, including the change management that determines whether a project actually succeeds.

How we work.

Consultancy is easy to do badly. Plenty of providers will design what they want to sell. Our approach is to listen first, ask hard questions, and recommend what makes sense for your business and your budget.
